Goalkeeper Laurie Walker helps earn Solihull goalless draw at Woking

Solihull goalkeeper Laurie Walker was in fine form to earn his side a goalless draw at Woking in the National League.

The 36-year-old made two excellent stops from Jamie Andrews and Cards top scorer Oliver Sanderson inside the opening 15 minutes.

Walker produced another top save midway through the first half to thwart Andrews and frustrate the home side, who went into the game with one league loss in 12.

Visiting substitute Conor Wilkinson had a late chance saved, with the share of the spoils meaning former England striker Jermain Defoe remains unbeaten in his four games in charge of Woking.
