The first of five Lenten talks is to take place this evening in St Flannan's Cathedral, Killaloe.
The series in in conjunction with the Church of Ireland Mind Matters Initiative is called Mandatum Talks and focuses on John 13:14.
This evening at 7:30pm, North Star Family Project addiction councillor Joe Slattery will speak about the impact substance abuse has on teens and their families.
Next week, Tuesday, March 7, Holocaust survivor Tomi Reichental will speak via zoom.
The talks will take place every Tuesday for five weeks.
