St Mary's Newport students mark World Down Syndrome Day

Ms Ryan, Charlotte Hanley and Dathí speaking about Down Syndrome Ireland

Well done to our TY students who raised €150 for the Limerick branch of Down Syndrome Ireland last week.

Our students also had a visit from Charlotte Hanley and her son Daithí to educate our TY students about the work of Down Syndrome Ireland and the local branch in Limerick.

Charlotte gave a fantastic presentation and taught our students to sign in Lámh.
