All four tenders have been advertised and contracts are being awarded in the coming weeks, the report stated.
A list of properties from each municipal / borough district has been submitted for EERP 2023. The lists of houses will be assessed in accordance with the Department's guidelines and then submitted for approval.
Works typically involve insulation, upgrades of windows and doors and installation of heat pumps (renewable energy heating systems), as committed to under the Programme for Government.
