Tipperary All-Ireland winning hurler Jake Morris joins SYS Group

SYS Group, the Nenagh headquartered financial services group, has announced that four-time All-Ireland winning hurler, Jake Morris, has joined the company in the position of Paraplanner as part of a round of recent hires.

Jake was part of the Tipperary team to win the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship in 2019.

Jake was one of six new appointments to be announced by SYS Group, bringing their total staff numbers to 41.

Joining the team are Nenagh locals Michael Collins and Susan Manicle as well as Kevin McCarthy (Cork), Vanessa Leighton (Cork), and Simone McCann (Dublin).

Michael works with the Group as its Customer Services Manager while Susan joins as Sales Support Administrator.

Kevin and Simone have taken up roles as Financial Planners and Vanessa as sales support.

Usually lining out at right wing forward for the local club, Nenagh Éire Óg, Jake has won four All-Ireland hurling medals for Tipperary so far, at Senior, u21, u20 and Minor levels. He also has an All-Ireland u17 FAI soccer medal.

This announcement is a further milestone for SYS Group as it continues its strong growth following the acquisition of Donald P McKenna & Associates earlier this year, bringing SYS Group’s Assets Under Management to over €315 million.
