A new service for people dealing with gambling addiction will open in Nenagh today.

The Silver Arch Family Resource Centre launched its new gambling service this morning where it will provide help in areas associated with the negative effects of gambling addiction such as depression, anxiety, debt, relationship problems, substance misuse, and unemployment.

The service will offer one-to-one counselling, and aftercare group sessions for those affected.
