ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW: Tipperary versus Cork in the All-Ireland final on Sunday

The All-Ireland Hurling Championship final will take place this weekend, with anticipation building for what is expected to be a thrilling game in the home of the GAA, Croke Park.

The Tipperary senior hurlers will travel to face Cork with the Liam MacCarthy Cup up for grabs.

Where and when is it on?

Tipperary travel to Croke Park in Dublin for the final clash, in what is a first ever All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship meeting against Cork.

Where can I watch the game?

Tipperary and Cork will be shown live on RTÉ 2 on Sunday at 3:30pm, with coverage getting underway on the channel to build up for the game at 2:15pm.

On Sunday evening, supporters can view highlights from the action on The Sunday Game on RTE 2 at 9:30 pm. 

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are like gold dust. They have been distributed between the clubs of the participating counties, with demand outweighing supply. There are no tickets on general sale to the public.

Galway whistler Liam Gordon will referee Sunday's All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship final clash between Tipperary and Cork.
