Terryglass is the place to be this Thursday, 14 November, as The Derg Inn hosts its much-anticipated Wild Food Night — a celebration of local flavours, community spirit, and a little friendly competition.
The evening kicks off at 7pm, with guests invited to sample a range of locally sourced wild foods in a relaxed, social setting. Entry is by donation, and there’ll be plenty of excitement with an auction and raffle packed with brilliant prizes.
Up for grabs on the night are cash prizes, a whole butchered lamb, timber, jewellery, photo shoots, hotel stays, and even a Birr Castle family day pass — just some of the many fantastic items on offer.
