Exciting morning of music to take place in local Tipperary bookshop

A cozy morning of live music and singing is taking place in Bookworm Thurles this month.

Talented students and teachers from Ashraf & Anna Music School will perform heartfelt pieces in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

The performance will take place on Saturday, January 10.

The festivities will get underway at 11:30am.

The concert is organized by Ashraf Taghiyev — President of the Golden Saxophone International Competition, Ashraf and Anna Music School Principal, and Cultural Attaché of Azerbaijan — and his wife Anna Stepanova, singer, saxophonist, teacher, Vice-President of the competition, and artist for Selmer Paris, Silverstein Works, JLV Sound Paris, and BG France.

Together, they support young musicians and help nurture the budding Azerbaijani–Irish cultural connections.

Drop by for a cup of coffee in the cozy Bookworm and enjoy an inspiring morning of music.

Entry to the event is free.
