LIVE: Former coach house in Tipperary gets planning permission granted by council

The application was made by Claire Corbett

A planning application has been given the green light by Tipperary County Council to allow a change of use and alterations of the former coach house, which is in the curtilage of 7 Castle Street, Cahir, Co. Tipperary E21 C984.

The application was made by Claire Corbett.

The process will be a Protected Structure (TRPS1317).

Works will include the following: (i) change of use of existing coach house to domestic accommodation ancillary to the main house, (ii) alterations to existing elevations and internal layouts, and (iii) all other associated landscaping and ancillary site works.

The council attached seven conditions to its decision.
