Grants of 50% of the approved cost up to a maximum of €500 are available to property owners for painting and general improvement to commercial and residential buildings. 

Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District is seeking to improve the streetscape and public realm of Tipperary Town Centre, Cahir Town Centre and Cashel Town Centre through supporting owners of properties in the Primary Retail Areas in improving and enhancing their properties and public areas.

Grants of 50% of the approved cost up to a maximum of €500 are available to property owners for painting and general improvement to commercial and residential buildings.

Application Forms and Guidelines are available on request from the Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel MD, Rosanna Road, Tipperary Town or at www.tipperarycoco.ie. Completed application forms together with supporting documentation to be returned to the District Administrator, Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel MD, Rosanna Road, Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary, E34 WD51 or by email to marie.lynch@tipperarycoco.ie on or before 12 noon Friday, 24th April, 2026.

 Incomplete applications may delay processing and may result in the application not being considered. Photographs of the property must be included with the application. A limited fund is available and the submission of an application does not guarantee that a grant will be allocated. Application forms can be found here.
