Tipperary Tidy Towns is looking for volunteers to help them clean this weekend.

A Tidy Towns group in Tipperary has put out a call for volunteers to come and help then do some community cleaning this weekend.

Tipperary Tidy Towns is looking for volunteers to help out on Saturday February 28 to complete some pruning on the flower beds before moving on to a litter pick on the Dundrum Road. 

The group will meet at 10am in the carpark at the Tipperary Hills Pitch and Putt Club.

The group have warned volunteers that they will finish before noon and then have a cuppa in a local venue.

"If you have a hi vis vest, a secateurs, gloves or a litter picker please bring it with you - we will have some supplies also," they said.
