Tipperary County Council has given the green light to an exciting new gym and three padel courts set to open in Nenagh.

TBB Fitness Ltd sought approval from Tipperary County Council to open a gym at units 9 and 9b, Springfort Retail Park, Nenagh.

The project will breathe new life into a vacant building, transforming it into three padel courts, a modern gym, a dedicated cardio zone, separate changing rooms for men and women, and a staff area.

Part of the property was previously a children’s play centre. The new gym will occupy the first and second floors. The company currently operates two gyms in Limerick, located in Raheen and Coonagh. Nenagh will be its third location.

Tipperary County Council approved the development, subject to seven conditions.
