Uisce Éireann crews working to restore water supply to parts of Tipperary

Pierce Faherty of Uisce Éireann said that crews are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Uisce Éireann crews are currently responding to an outage in Clonmel that is impacting some customers supplied by the Glenary Water Treatment Plant.

 

Customers in Elm Park, Heywood Road, Western Road, Cherrymount and the surrounding areas are impacted by the disruption. 

 

Normal supply is expected to return by 9am tomorrow. 

 

Pierce Faherty of Uisce Éireann said that crews are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

“We understand the disruption that an unplanned outage can cause for homes and businesses and we wish to assure affected customers that we are doing all we can to address the problem as quickly as we can,” he said.
