Speaking at the announcement, Brian King, CEO of Premier Credit Union, said: “We are absolutely delighted to join as the main sponsor of the Tipperary Fleadh Cheoil 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to support an event that celebrates our rich musical heritage while bringing great energy and activity to Roscrea and the wider community.”

He added: “Events like the Fleadh are so important, not just culturally but also economically. We would strongly encourage everyone, individuals, families, and businesses, to get involved, support the events throughout the week, and give a warm Roscrea welcome to all visitors.”

Amanda Ryan, President of Premier Credit Union, added, “We are incredibly proud to support the Fleadh Cheoil in Roscrea. It’s a wonderful occasion that showcases the very best of community spirit, music, and culture. We wish the organisers every success and look forward to seeing the town come alive during the festival.”

Pat Flanagan, Secretary of Roscrea Comhaltas and liaison officer with Premier Credit Union regarding the sponsorship, expressed his appreciation, saying: “On behalf of Roscrea Comhaltas, I sincerely thank Brian King, the Board, and all at Premier Credit Union for their generous support.
