Star faces snakes in tonight’s trial on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!

Comedian Ruby Wax is set to face off with snakes in tonight’s Bushtucker trial on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

In a sneak peek at tonight’s show, the 72-year-old will take on the trial Misfortune Tellers, where she will enter a fortune teller booth full of snakes to earn stars for the camp.

Wax must untie a star dangling from the top of the booth, as a canopy of snakes hang above her head.

As the reptiles wrap around her, she tells presenters Ant and Dec: “The snakes are disturbing me a little bit.”

In the preview, the comedian is struggling to untie the star and she tells the hosting duo: “Also, I can’t see.”

Last night’s episode saw the second contestant voted out of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Comedian Eddie Kadi said he had “such an incredible time” in the jungle as he left the camp on Sunday night, and despite lasting 16 days, said it felt like he had been there “for a year”.

His departure followed an emotional episode during which some celebrities won letters from home, bringing tears to the campsite, as well as a brand new leadership after EastEnders actress Shona McGarty stepped down as camp leader after she revealed that contraband, in the form of butter, was found in the food trunk.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs at 9pm on ITV1, STV, ITVX & STV Player followed by I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked which airs nightly after the main show on ITV2, STV, ITVX and STV Player.
