A decision from Waterford City and County Council on the construction of a significant holiday home development is due.
The application - submitted by The Engineering Platform Limited in February 2023 - seeks permission for the construction of eight semi-detached holiday homes, a meditation yoga building and 25 metre long cold water swimming pool and plunge pool.
If permission is granted, the development at Grallagh, Grange in Youghal will also consist of on-site wastewater treatment system, bored well, entrance and all associated site works.
