It has been a fine few months for Cappoquin native Jayson Molumby at club level and the energetic midfielder will be hoping to bring that form into Ireland's Euro 2024 qualifier against France on Monday (March 27).
The Boys in Green defeated Latvia 3-2 in an international friendly at the Aviva Stadium on Wednesday with Molumby playing the full game for Stephen Kenny's side.
Molumby, who made his Republic of Ireland debut in 2020, has been ever-present in Irish squads during Kenny's tenure and the 23-year-old has proven that he can compete against some of the best with his battling performances.
The Waterford man has also been a crucial player in Carlos Corberán's West Brom team over the last number of months - contributing two goals and four assists for the Baggies who sit in ninth on the English Championship table.
It has to be said that Molumby always gives 100% while wearing the green jersey and fans can expect him to play a role in Ireland's first competitive fixture of 2023 against Les Bleus in Dublin.
