Waterford Football Club has confirmed that Danny Searle has been relieved of his duties as head coach with the club.
"Everyone at Waterford FC would like to place on record their thanks to Danny for his hard work and professionalism during his time at the club," a statement read.
"The search for his replacement will begin immediately, with Brian Murphy taking charge of the first team in the interim period," the club added.
Searle was appointed in June 2022, shortly after the departure of Ian Morris.
Last season he led Waterford FC to a second-place finish before they lost the final promotion/relegation play-off game to UCD.

In his final game, Searle was sent off during a 1-1 draw with Bray as the RSC.
They were down to play Treaty United last weekend, but the game was postponed due to a waterlogged pitched.
Former Republic of Ireland goalkeeper Brian Murphy will be in charge with Waterford's next game will see them face Finn Harps at home on Friday.
