Most areas will be dry and mild today (May 2) with a mix of cloud and hazy sunshine.
That's according to Met Éireann, which also forecasts thicker clouds bringing patchy outbreaks of rain or drizzle to Atlantic coastal areas.
Highest temperatures of 13 to 18 degrees celsius can be expected with light to moderate southeasterly breezes.
It will be generally dry tonight, although patchy drizzle will continue in some areas with possible fog moving in along southern coasts.
Lowest temperatures tonight will be between 7 to 10 degrees celsius in mainly light southeasterly breezes.
