Waterford City and County Council have granted planning permission for a major housing development.
S&K Carey have been approved to construct 21 units at a site in Tramore. The development consists of alterations to previously granted permission for nine two-storey detached units.
The new development will now comprise of 21 dwelling units including four two-storey detached four bed units, one two-storey detached four bed unit with potential attic conversion, 12 two-storey semi-detached four bed units with potential attic conversion, four two-storey semi-detached three bed units with potential attic conversion, and all associated site works.
The development will be located at White Waves, Crobally Upper, Tramore Co Waterford.
