ELECTIONS 24: Half of the seats now filled on Waterford City and County Council

The counting of votes is continuing at SETU Arena in Waterford

Half of the 32 seats being contested across 6 electoral areas have been filled as the counting of votes continues following Friday's local elections.

Waterford City and County has issued the following update this Sunday evening.

There are 6 seats being contested in the Tramore / Waterford City West Electoral Area.

Lola O’Sullivan (FG)

Elected:

Declan Barry (IND)

David Daniels (IND)

Pat Fitzgerald (SF)

Adam Wyse (FF)

Elected:

John Hearne (SF)

Donal Barry (Ind)
