Proposal lodged to construct new apartment blocks in Waterford City
Waterford County Council has received a planning application for the construction of new apartment blocks in the city.
Lucia Roche Dasilva has submitted the application which proposes building 3 blocks of residential dwellings which will consist of 28 apartments.
Included in the plans are new connections to public mains and all ancillary site works.
The apartments are proposed to be built on Newgate Street in Waterford City.
