Waterford City and County Council is due to make a decision soon on the planning application for an apartment building in the city.

Causeway Group Ltd submitted the application on 21 December of last year which proposes the construction of a four-storey apartment building over the existing basement carpark at Penrose Lane in the city.

The plans include a total of four apartments, one two-bedroom and three three-bedroom apartments.

Also listed in the plans is a new bike and bin storage area as well as all associated development works.
