Many friends, family and former co-workers took to RIP.ie to express their condolences
Tributes have come pouring in for the late Ann O'Gorman (née Ormonde) of Fernville in Lismore who sadly passed away on Monday, April 28, peacefully at home surrounded by her family.
Predeceased by her son Pat, Mrs O'Gorman will be sadly missed by her loving husband Jimmy, daughters Liz, Siobhán and Jennifer, son Alan, brothers, sisters, grandchildren Liam, Darragh, Patrick, Lauren, Ava, Mikey, Jamie and Keith, sons-in-law Kevin and Rudy, Liz's partner Shane, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

A friend of Ann's said, "Deepest sympathy to Jimmy, Liz, Siobhan, Jennifer and Alan and family on the passing of Ann. She was an incredibly strong and determined woman who was always so clearly devoted to her family and grandchildren. We are thinking of you all at this sad time. May Ann rest in peace."
Another stated, "Sincere condolences to Jimmy and O’Gorman family on the passing of Ann. Her beautiful smile will always be remembered when we collected silverware off Jimmy in 00s . My thoughts and prayers are with ye right now. May she rest in peace."

A former co-worker of Ann's from the Lismore Point to Point Race Committee said, "Our deepest sympathy to Jimmy, Liz, Siobhan, Jennifer, Alan and the extended O’Gorman and Ormonde families on the death of their beloved Ann.
The Lismore native's rosary took place in Saint Carthages Mortuary on Wednesday, April 30, at 8pm. The mother-of-five reposed in Saint Carthages Mortuary the following day from 5pm to 8pm also, with reception into Saint Carthages Church on Friday, May 2, at 11am for the Funeral Mass. Afterwards, burial took place in Saint Carthages Cemetery.
