Waterford walkers are encouraged to take part in a pop-up pole walk next week.
The free walk will take place with the aid of activator poles, which are known to improve mobility, strength and balance.
The guided event - suitable for men and/or women who can walk at least 1km in distance - sets off from Dungarvan Library on Thursday December 15 at 11am.
Places are limited.
Enjoy a crisp, winter walk in the December air! ♀️
