Shane Griffin and Niall O’Keeffe become the latest players to re-sign with Waterford FC.
The midfielders, who both made over 35 appearances for the club last season, join Killian Cantwell in staying with the Blues for the forthcoming 2023 League of Ireland campaign.
Speaking to Waterford's club website, Griffin said: "I’m delighted to be back for the 2023 season. Last year I really enjoyed being part of this team and I’m looking to build on that for next season.
"Unfortunately, we didn’t get promoted but we’re more determined than ever to put that right this season for the brilliant fans we have at the club.
"I’ve spoken to Danny [Searle] and the club and it’s brilliant to see plans are well underway for next season. I can’t wait to meet up with the lads and get going again."
O'Keeffe added: "I’m delighted to be back on board for the 2023 season. It wasn’t a difficult decision for me to make at all.
"You can see from just looking at the club that it is only moving in one direction both on and off the pitch and I am delighted to be part of that.
"I’m looking forward to meeting up with the lads again soon for some hard work in pre-season. Obviously, I am looking forward to playing games again in front of our fantastic supporters again next season and trying to bring us back to where we belong in the Premier Division."

Waterford FC is delighted to announce that Shane Griffin has re-signed for the 2023 season.
The 22-year-old midfielder made almost 40 appearances last season for the Blues.
