Met Éireann reveal glorious weather forecast ahead of Oasis at Croke Park
If you're among the thousands of Irish fans heading to Croke Park this weekend to see Oasis make their long-awaited return to the stage, you're in luck as Met Éireann has forecast a warm and mostly dry weekend.
Although there are plenty of showers predicted to creep in on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, some of which Met Éireann has even warned could turn heavy or thundery, they will be concentrated in Munster and Connacht.
Of course, this is bad luck for anyone in Munster and Connacht. But for the thousands descending upon Croke Park this weekend, it's definitely welcome news.

Here is a detailed look at how the weather is shaping up for the coming days according to Met Éireann.
Friday night will be dry with clear spells and some patches of mist and fog developing. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees.

Saturday morning will be off to a dry and sunny start. Showers are likely to creep in over Munster and Connacht in the afternoon and evening, some of which could turn heavy or thundery. Highest temperatures of 21 to 27 degrees.
Saturday night be a mild and humid one. Despite some showers early on in the night, it will be mainly dry overnight. Lowest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees.
Sunday morning will be dry with plenty of sunny spells. Similar to Saturday, scattered showers will move in from the southwest in the afternoon across Munster and Connacht, again these could turn heavy or thundery. Highest temperatures of 19 to 25 degrees.
Sunday night will see these showers start to die out and dry conditions take over. It will be a mild and humid night. Lowest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees.
Monday will be quite mixed with warm sunny spells and scattered showers. Most of these showers will be concentrated in Munster and Connacht, with the continued possibility of them becoming heavy or thundery. Highest temperatures of 19 to 25 degrees.
Tuesday's forecast appears similar, so far, with sunny spells and scattered showers mainly in Munster and Connacht. Highest temperatures of 18 to 23 degrees.
Met Éireann's further outlook for late next week indicates more dry weather and sunshine is on its way. However, a slight dip in temperatures is expected.
