IRELAND WEATHER: A bright day ahead with sunny spells and the odd shower
Bright today and feeling fresh with sunny spells and passing showers. A few of the showers will be heavy with the slight chance of hail in the north.
Highest temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees and it will be coolest in the west and northwest. West to northwest winds will be moderate to fresh and gusty but winds will be strong at times along coasts.
Largely dry overnight but cloud will tend to thicken from the west later in the night bringing a few patches of light rain or drizzle. Minimum temperatures of 4 to 6 degrees in a light southwest or variable breeze.
