He was also charged with driving with excess alcohol in breath & using a motor vehicle without insurance and no driving licence
Police in Derry have charged a 21-year-old man with a number of offences, including driving with excess alcohol in breath, using a motor vehicle without insurance, no driving licence, and aggravated vehicle taking causing damage to the vehicle.
He is due to appear before Derry Magistrate's Court on Wednesday February 1.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
