A 26 year old man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
The man who has been granted anonymity appeared at a preliminary enquiry at Derry Magistrates Court today.
He was charged with numerous counts of possession and intent to supply cannabis, between September 9 and November 5, 2022.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
The accused chose not to make any statement and not to call any witnesses at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on November 2 and released on bail.
