60-year-old man found with imitation firearm to appear in Derry Court
He is due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court on September 25th
Detectives in Strand Road have charged a 60-year-old man with a number of offences including carrying an imitation firearm and driving when unfit.
He is due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court on September 25th.
As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
