80's music stars, including Paul Young, come out in force in support of a fundraising disco in Derry next month

A 80’s music night being organised by a Derry charity has received the support of some of the era’s biggest music stars.

The event in aid of the Jigsaw Project for autistic children will be held at the Delacroix on Saturday, April 29.

As part of publicising the event, the organisers contacted a number of 80’s music stars on Twitter.

Among those who tweeted their support for the night were Paul Young (pictured), Paula Abdul, Nick Heyward and Tiffany.

Tickets for the event cost £7 and are now available from the Delacroix and Cool Discs at Foyle Street.
