County Derry man to face trial on voyeurism and sexual assault charges

A County Derry man is due to go on trial accused of voyeurism and sexual assault.

Appearing before a preliminary enquiry at Limavady Magistrates Court, sitting in Coleraine Courthouse, on Wednesday was Martin Vincent, of Edenvale, Limavady. 

The 52 year-old is accused of recording a female doing a private act without their consent on January 4, 2023. 

He is further accused of sexually assaulting a female on the same date. 

Vincent declined to give evidence or call witnesses during the short hearing. 

The accused is due to return for arraignment at Antrim Crown Court on October 11.
