Day of fundraising organised in Bellaghy to mark the tenth anniversary of Declan McGlinchey
The McGlinchey family have raised an incredible £7,368 in memory of Declan who passed away in 2015, aged 39
To mark the tenth anniversary of the tragic passing of their beloved father Declan, at the age of just 39, the McGlinchey family and their friends in Bellaghy organised a day of fundraising in aid of Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke at Bellaghy GAC.
In the morning a ‘Dads and Lads’ 9-a-side Gaelic football match was held, alongside a coffee morning in the club.
In the evening the family organised an Irish folk night - a night to appreciate and remember Declan McGlinchey on his tenth anniversary.
Through the day the McGlinchey family raised an incredible £7,368 in memory of Declan.
