The following deaths have occurred:-
Margaret-Rose Campbell (née Hay), 29 Balmoral Avenue, Derry
The death has occurred of the late Margaret-Rose Campbell (née Hay), 29th November 2023, beloved wife of John, 29 Balmoral Avenue, loving mother of Zoe, Conor, Cahir and Kevin, mother-in-law of Gavin, daughter of Margaret and the late Billy Hay, dear sister of Majella, Philip and Michael and a much loved sister-in-law, aunt and friend. Her remains will be reposing in her home from 12noon - 10.00pm on Friday. Funeral from there on Saturday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn. Cremation will take place in Lakelands Crematorium at a later date. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to the Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry, BT48 8JE. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Funeral Arrangements for the late Bridie Kearney (née Brolly), (Swatragh), died 30th November 2023. ridie’s wake will commence at the family home today (Friday) at 12noon. Family time 11.00pm to 11.00am. Peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family, beloved wife of James (Seamus); loving mother of Paul, Aidan, Martin, Seamus, John, Declan and Liam; dear mother-in-law of Maureen, Olive, Joanne, Cathy, Jane, Tonia and Eimear and a much-adored Granny to her 24 grandchildren. Daughter of the late Jim and Annie Brolly (Foreglen) and cherished sister of Eileen McNally, John, Anne Crawford and the late Liam and Marian. Funeral from her late residence, 23 Keady Road, on Sunday at 11.15am for 12noon Mass in the Church of St. John the Baptist, Granaghan. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. We regret to inform you the passing of Anna McCabe (née Gribbon), 29th November 2023, Belfast and formerly Moneygran, Kilrea. Suddenly but peacefully at hospital, daughter of the late Matthew and Grace and sister of Sean and the late Matt. On her soul Sweet Jesus have mercy. Philomena McCauley (née Farren), Dunluce Court, Ballymagroarty, Derry
The death has taken place of Philomena McCauley (née Farren), 29th November 2023, at Altnagelvin Hospital (late of Cheshire House, Waterside and formally of Dunluce Court, Ballymagroarty). Loving Mother of Mary, Joseph, Claire, Jonathon and the Late Brandon. Much loved Grandmother of Caoimhin, Tiernan, Niamh and Thomas. Beloved daughter of the late James Anthony and Elizabeth (Lily) Farren (Lettershendoney). Sister of Elizabeth, Dolores, Diona, Kevin and the late Patrick. Those wishing to pay their respects to Philomena can do so at Carr family Funeral Home, 8 Abbey Park, BT48 9DS on Friday from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. Late of 19 Carnanbane Road, Dungiven, Co Derry. Beloved wife of Francie, and loving mother of Kieran (Rosaleen), James (Joanne), Caroline (Sean), Martina (Mark), Bridgeen, (Ryan), Frank (Sarah) and the late Majella and Colm R.I.P. Devoted grandmother of Conor, Emma, Chloe, Oran, Orlagh, Jamie, Noah, Éabha the late baby Mia R.I.P and great grandmother of Aódhan and Aoifé. Daughter of the late Thomas and Bridget French R.I.P and dear sister of Edmund, Brian, Martin, Brendan and the late Gerald and Josephine (Joe) R.I.P. Reposing at her late home. The death has taken place of Thomas Sherrard, passed away peacefully in Causeway Hospital on 30th November 2023. Devoted Husband of Heather. Devoted Father of Niall and the late Alan.
