Donna Dixon, 19 Kavanagh Court, Ballymaroarty, Derry
The death has taken place of Donna Dixon, 1st December 2022, loving partner of Shay, 19 Kavanagh Court, Ballymaroarty, devoted mother of Michael, cherished grandmother of Summer, beloved daughter of John and the late Mary and dear sister of Thomas, Christopher, Marietta, Adrian and the late John. Funeral from her sister’s home, 5 Carlton Court, Ballymagroarty, on Saturday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
Philomena (Mena) Kearney (née Johnstone), 53a Halfgayne Rd, Maghera
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Philomena (Mena) Kearney (née Johnstone), (peacefully) at Altnagelvin hospital on the 30th November 2022, surrounded by all of her loving family, late of 53a Halfgayne Rd, Maghera. Beloved wife of Frank. Devoted mother of Charlene, Adrian, Justin and Cíendra. Adoring granny of "Her Wee Babes" Jacob, Alex, Luca and Amelia. Dearest daughter-in-law of Sorcha. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her brothers, sisters, wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Mena's remains are now reposing at her son Adrian's home, 13 Templegrove. Funeral leaving from there on Saturday, 3rd December at 11.20am for 12.00pm Requiem Mass at Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty. Burial immediately afterwards in Granaghan Cemetery, Swatragh. Ethna McCloskey (née Carlin), 39 Belview Avenue, Derry
The death has taken place of Ethna McCloskey (née Carlin), 28th November 2022, (suddenly) at her home, 39 Belview Avenue, beloved wife of the late Billy, loving mother of Alison, Mark, Gareth and Olivia and a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Funeral leaving her home on Saturday, 3rd December at 9.20am. to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in Ballyoan Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on her.

Beloved husband of Kathleen and loving father of Cormac ( Maria), Michael (Karen), Anna (John), Ursula (Liam), Peter (Julie), Triona (Billy), Maria (Darren), Patrick (Claire) and the late infant Catherine R.I.P. Devoted grandfather of EÍmear, Orlaíth, Cára, Cormác Óg, Catherine, Killian, Donnacha, Patrick, Luke, Olivia, Quinn, Kate, Grace, Michael and Anna. Loving son of the late Mary-Ann and Patrick R.I.P and dear brother Sr Enda, Eileen, Brendan, Seamus and the late Detta, Kathleen Philomena (K.P) and Eamon R.I.P. Reposing at his late home. Funeral on Sunday, 4th December, leaving his late home at 1.20pm for 2.00pm Requiem Mass in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Gortnaghey. Interment afterwards in St Patrick’s Church, Dungiven Graveyard. The death has occurred of Michael Toland, 30th November 2022, (peacefully) at Waterside Hospital, (formerly of Cable Street), beloved husband of Myrra, dear son of the late John and Sadie, loving brother of Sadie and the late Stylie, Gonnie, Markie, Liam, Tony and Maureen and a loving uncle to all his nephews and nieces. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Funeral leaving Bradley & McLaughlin’s Funeral Home today (Friday) at 1.00pm to Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan for Cremation at 4.00pm.
