Dr Richard Frizzell Hunter, Cullyhagan House, Lislea, Kilrea
The death has taken place of the late Richard Frizzell Hunter, October 31 2024, peacefully at his sister's home in Ballyclare, late of Cullyhagan House, Lislea, Kilrea, son of the late Richard and Joan Hunter, nephew of the late John and Ruby Hunter, much loved brother of Maurna, dear brother-in-law of Mark and beloved uncle of Rebecca and Moses. Funeral service in First Kilrea Presbyterian Church on Saturday at 1.00pm followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard. House private. Family flowers only please. Yvonne McCahon (née O’Hara), 12 Knockbracken Park, Coleraine
Funeral arrangements for the late Yvonne McCahon (née O’Hara), died October 30 2024 (Coleraine). House private please. Peacefully at hospital, beloved wife of James and loving mother of Jude. Daughter of the late Hugh and Lizzie and much adored sister of Hugh, Mary, Lynda, June, Jennie, Michelle, Paul and the late Edwin and Kevin. Funeral from her late residence, 12 Knockbracken Park, on Saturday at 10:20am for 11o’clock Requiem Mass in St. John’s Church, Coleraine. Richard (Big Richie) McDaid, 45 Inchview, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Richard (Big Richie) McDaid, peacefully at his home, on October 31 2024. Late of 45 Inchview and formerly of 7 Abbots Walk. May he rest in peace. Beloved husband of Gabrielle, Devoted father of Emma, Conor and SeanPaul. Loving granda of Odran, Caoirse, Mia and CJ. Dearest son of the late Raymond and Anna. A much loved brother of Gerard, Margo, Daniel, Brendan, Fergal, Billy, Cathy, Grainne and the late Jacqueline and Michael. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Richie’s remains will be reposing at his late residence, 45 Inchview. Funeral leaving from there on Saturday, November at 9:20am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
