Stephen Irwin, Drumachose Park, Limavady
The death has taken place of the late Stephen Irwin, passed away peacefully at his home on 13th April 2024. Late of Drumachose Park, Limavady. Much loved brother of Seamus and the late Tracey and Jeanette, dear son of Derek and the late Hilda. House strictly private. Funeral arrangements to follow. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his entire family circle.
John Joseph “Sean” McKeever, 8 Muldonagh Road, Claudy
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of John Joseph “Sean” McKeever, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on 14th April 2024. May he rest in peace. Late of 8 Muldonagh Road, Claudy, Co Derry. Devoted husband of Maureen. Loving father of Colette (Chris), Jacinta (Christopher), Declan (Siobhan), Shauna (Kevin), John (Collette), Fergal (Eilena) and Grainne (Gary). A devoted grandfather and great grandfather. Son of the late Jeannie and John R.I.P and loving brother of James, George, Sadie, Betty, Jean, Margaret, Sammy, Philip, Thomas , Pauline and the late Michael and Neil R.I.P. Reposing at his late home. Wake will commence on Monday at 11.00am. Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. Funeral from his late home on Wednesday, 17th April leaving at 10.10am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Saint Patrick’s Church, Claudy, interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Carol McShane, 6 Dove Gardens, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of the late Carol McShane, 13th April 2024, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, (formerly of Lisfannon Park), beloved partner of Kieran, loving mother of Amy, Chloe, Leon, Cara and Jaiden, devoted grandmother of Oisin, Ayda, Olivia and the late Eimear, cherished daughter of William (Dart) and Marie, and a dear and loving sister of Margaret, Lisa, Leanne, Louise and Liam and a dear aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Funeral leaving her home, 6 Dove Gardens on Tuesday, 16th April at 10.50am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm to 10.00am. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.
Johnny Moran, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Johnny Moran, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 14th April 2024. Formerly of 11 Old Quarry Street. May he rest in peace. Beloved husband of the late Rose. Devoted father of Carolyn, Jacqueline, Johnny, Paul and Julie. Loving Granda of Claire, Jason, Sinead, James, Joshua and Emma. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his sons and daughters-in-law, wider family circle and friends. Johnny’s remains will be reposing at the McClafferty Funeral Home and Chapel of Rest. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday, 17th April at 10.50am for 11.30am Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects at the McClafferty funeral home and chapel of rest from 6.00pm until 8.00pm this evening (Monday, 15th April) and from 6.00pm until 8.00pm tomorrow (Tuesday, 16th April).
