Margaret Calvin (née Mairs), 13 Strathard Close, Coleraine
The death has taken place of Margaret Calvin (née Mairs), 14th January 2023, (peacefully) at the Causeway Hospital, late of 13 Strathard Close, Coleraine, much loved mother of Edward, mother-in-law of Laura, devoted granny of Sherrie, Nikita and Bailey, dear sister of Adrian and a dear sister-in-law and aunt. Funeral arrangements later, enquiries to D.J.M Robinson & Son. Tel 028 2763 8218. Callers welcome at her home from 5.00pm on Tuesday. Alfred (Alfie) Campbell, 867 Killyvalley, Garvagh
The death has occurred of Alfred (Alfie) Campbell, 14th January 2023, (suddenly) at Causeway Hospital, late of 867 Killyvalley, Garvagh. Dearly beloved husband of Jasmine and much loved father of Stephen, Donny and Colin. A loving father-in-law, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral from his late residence on Tuesday, 17th January at 11.30am for service in St Paul's Parish Church, Garvagh at 12noon, followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard. James Kennedy, 44 Carmean Road, Megargy, Magherafelt
The death has taken place of James Kennedy, 14th January 2023, (peacefully) after a short illness, at Antrim Area Hospital, 44 Carmean Road, Megargy, Magherafelt, dearly beloved husband of Florence, much loved and devoted father of Gary, Rodney, Barbara and Alan, dear father-in-law of Victoria, Jill and Belia and loving granpa of Calvin and Lukas. Family and close friends welcome at his home. Funeral from his home on Wednesday, 18th January at 12.30pm, followed by burial in Polepatrick Cemetery, Magherafelt. Family flowers only please. Margaret McDermott (née Bell), 25 Danesfort Crescent, Derry
The death has occurred of Margaret McDermott (née Bell), 14th January 2023, beloved wife of Martin, 25 Danesfort Crescent, loving mother of Adrian, Declan and Julie, devoted grandmother of Jack, Conor, Matthew, Grace, Shane, Evie, Myla and Farrah and dear sister of Charlie, Jean, Hugh, Alice, Celina, Linda and the late Sheila and Lorney. Funeral from her home on Tuesday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family time from 11.00pm to 11.00am. Kevin McDowell, 75 Marlborough Road, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Kevin McDowell, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, on 14th January 2023. Beloved partner of Clare. Devoted father of Leia, Kayla and Kori. Treasured son of Danny and Joyce. Loving brother of Brian and Daniel. A much loved brother-in-law of Michelle and uncle to Jack and Ben. Dearest son-in-law of Joe and Annmarie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Kevin's remains are reposing at his late family residence, 75 Marlborough Road. Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday, 17th January 2023 at 09.20am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church, Creggan. Burial immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. The death has taken place of Margaret (Cathy) Parks, 15th January 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, late of 12 Osborne Park, Coleraine, dearly beloved wife of the late Edmund, loving mother of Justin and Ryan, mother-in-law of Nathalie, grandmother of Jake and sister of Irene, Samuel and Gillian. Service is Killeen Parish Church, Coleraine on Wednesday at 11.00am followed by interment in Portstewart Cemetery. Tom Tucker, Flat 16 Cheshire House, Nelson Drive, Derry
The death has taken place of Tom Tucker, 14th January 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, formerly of Cheshire House, Nelson Drive and Maidavale, London, beloved son of the late Margaret and Albert, loving father of Tommy and Victoria, dear brother of Tracey and Jim, cherished uncle of Gavin and a much loved friend of Monica, Daniella, Matilda and Eamon. Sadly missed by all his extended family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects at his home, Flat 16 Cheshire House, Nelson Drive, Waterside on Monday from 4.00pm - 9.00pm. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Ardmore. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. The Mass can be viewed live via the church webcam. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
