The following deaths have occurred:-
Maggie Higgins (née Morgan), 2 Derrynoyd Lane, Draperstown
The death has occurred of Maggie Higgins (née Morgan), passed away peacefully at home, beloved wife of Patsy and much loved mother of Donna, Annemarie, Roisin, late daughter Noreen and Stephen, Sister to Philomena and the late Annie and the late Charlie. Dear granny of Aayesha, Noreen, Edele, Megan, Mark, Conor, Caitríona, Shannon, Caolan, Alannah, Cora, Thomas, Stephen, Shauna, Patrick, Orlaith and Sean. Loving great granny to Lilly and Evangeline. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her husband, daughters, son, brother, sisters, nephews, nieces, grandchildren and extended family circle. Reposing at her home, 2 Derrynoyd Lane, Draperstown. Private Wake for family and friends only. Funeral from her home on Tuesday, 19th September at 10.40am for 11am Requiem Mass in St. Eugene’s Church Moneyneena. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Ann Mulhern (née McKinney), 71 Violet Street, Derry
The death has taken place of Ann Mulhern (née McKinney), 15th September 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of the late Kevin, 71 Violet Street, loving mother of Paul and Karen, mother-in-law of Michael and Krista, much loved grandmother of Darragh, Ava and Jamie and dear sister of George, Michael, Joe, Mary, Patrick, Peter, John and the late Willie and Kathleen. Her remains are reposing in her daughter’s home, 31 Springvale Park, BT48, 0NY. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 9.20am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Columb’s Church, Waterside. Interment afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
Kathleen (Bernie) Smyth (née McAnaney), 171 Ardmore Road, Knockbrack
The death has taken place of Kathleen (Bernie) Smyth (née McAnaney), 17th September 2023, beloved wife of Bob, loving mother of Brian and Aisling, mother-in-law of Cormac and Janet, devoted grandmother of David, Emer, Oisín and Daimhín and dear sister of the late Tony and Pius.bHer remains will be reposing in her home, 171 Ardmore Road, Knockbrack on Monday and Tuesday from 12pm – 10pm. Funeral from there on Wednesday at 11.20am for 12o’clock Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Ardmore. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
Delilah-Rose Tomb-Maybin, 80 Knockbracken Court, Coleraine
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Delilah-Rose Tomb-Maybin, 15th September 2023, (peacefully) at the R.V.H Belfast. Delilah-Rose, 80 Knockbracken Court, Coleraine. Precious baby daughter of Amber and Joseph, darling granddaughter of Adele and Uel, Siobhan and Andrew and an adored niece and great-granddaughter. Private service in her home on Tuesday at 10.00am. Family friends welcome at the committal in Ballymoney Cemetery at 11.00am. House strictly private. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired for the R.V.H Neonatal Unit c/o Mrs Mona Murdock, 31 Bushmills Road, Coleraine. Forever loved and never forgotten by her Mummy, Daddy, Grandparents and all the family.
