The following deaths have occurred:-
Emma Cairns, 3 Loughermore Road, Ballykelly
The death has taken place of Emma Cairns, (peacefully) passed away at her home, 3 Loughermore Road, Ballykelly on 19th November 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Devoted wife of the late Hubert. Much loved mother of Raymond, Delma, Victor, Loreen, Rhoda and Ronald. Also an adored mother in law, grandmother, great grandmother and dear sister. Funeral will leave her late home on Monday, 21st November at 1.20pm followed by Church service in Faughanvale Presbyterian Church at 2.00pm. Burial in adjoining Church yard immediately after. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Marie Curie Cancer Care, c/o Browns Funeral Directors, Unit 21 Aghanloo Ind Est, Aghanloo Road Limavady. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her entire family circle.
James Craig, 126 Edenmore Road, Limavady
The death has taken place of James Craig, 19th November 2022, (peacefully), passed away at his home, 126 Edenmore Road, Limavady. surrounded by his loving family, Much loved husband of Cissie, dear father of Ann, Sally, Jim, Daphne, Dorothy dear father in law of William, George, Jenny, Simon, Wayne, devoted grandfather of Sarah-Jane, Jessica, Andrew, Thomas, Jamie, Ruby, Anna also Great grandfather of Harley, Scarlett, Samuel, also a dear Brother. House private (family and close friends welcome). Funeral service will be held in Limavady Independent Methodist Church on Tuesday at 1.00pm followed by burial in Balteagh Parish Church burial ground. (All welcome). Family flowers only please donations if desired and cheques payable to Limavady Independent Methodist Church and forwarded to Browns Funeral Directors 21 Aghanloo ind. Est. Aghanloo Road Limavady. John Fleming, 86 Drumavally, Magilligan
The death has taken place of John Fleming, 19th November 2022, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital. Beloved husband of Catherine, loving father of Kieran, and Laura, a much loved grandfather of Lucas, Jacob, Patrick, Eimear, and Maggie. Dear son of the late William and Mary Fleming, R.I.P., brother of Maureen McGonigle, and the late William, and Kieran. R.I.P. Deeply regretted by all the family circle. Wake will commence Monday at 11.00am. Funeral will leave from his home, 86 Drumavally, Magilligan on Tuesday at 10.15am for Requiem Mass at 11.00am in St Aidan’s Church Magilligan followed by interment in adjoining Cemetery. Margaret (June) Harkin (née White), 19 Earhart Park, Derry
The death has taken place of Margaret Harkin (née White), 19th November 2022, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of Billy, loving mother of Anna, Brian, Terence and Brendan, devoted Nana June to all her grandchildren, and a dear and loving sister to Terry, Annette and the late Jackie. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Funeral leaving her home, 19 Earhart Park, on Tuesday, 22nd November at 9.20am to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Family time please from 10.30pm to 10.30am. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.
John McNicholl, 27 Station Road, Dungiven
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of John McNicholl peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on 19th November 2022, late of 27 Station Road, Dungiven, Co Derry. Beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Sean (Kerry),Barry (Judy), Marius (Majella), Leona (Paddy), Rory (Michelle), Aisling McStravick (Raymond),Julie Roberts (Dave), Diarmuid (Megan) and Emer Murphy (Dan). A devoted grandfather and great grandfather. Loving son of the late Roseanne and Willie R.I.P and dear brother of Anna, Maureen, Danny, Liam and Margaret. Reposing at his late residence. Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. Funeral on Tuesday, 22nd November 2022, leaving his late home at 10.15am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church Dungiven, interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining church graveyard. Family flowers only please and donations if wished in lieu to Foyle Hospice or Marie Curie c/o McLaughlin Funeral Directors. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family and the entire family circle. Margaret (Mags) Taylor, 34 Knockalla Park, Galliagh, Derry
The death has taken place of Margaret (Mags) Taylor, 19th November 2022, beloved daughter of Dessie and Ria, loving sister of Dermott, Marie and Janine, much loved auntie of Lee, Eoin, Jack, Caolan, Charles and life-long partner of Caroline. Funeral from the family home, 34 Knockalla Park, Galliagh, on Tuesday at 12.30pm for 1o’clock Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Galliagh. Interment afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
