The following deaths have occurred:-
Margaret Baumann, Derry
The death has occurred of Margaret Baumann, 26th November 2022, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, (former head of department N.W.R.C.), beloved wife of Walter and loving mother of Martin. Funeral service in Adair and Neely Funeral Home, Foyle Road on Thursday, 1st December at 1.00pm followed by burial in Altnagelvin Cemetery. Deeply regretted by her loving family circle.
Kathleen (Marie) Brennan (née Mullan), 10 Otterbank Road, Strathfoyle
The death has occurred of Kathleen (Marie) Brennan (née Mullan), 27th November 2022, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, wife of John, much loved and devoted mother of Keith & Karl, dear mother-in-law of Claire and Samantha, loving grandmother of Riley and the late Tom and cherished sister of John, Brendan and the late Anne. Always loved and remembered by all her family and the entire family circle. Funeral from her family home, 10 Otterbank Road, Strathfoyle, BT47 6YB, on Tuesday at 10.30am for 11o’clock Requiem Mass in St Oliver Plunkett’s Church, Strathfoyle. Interment afterwards in Star of the Sea Cemetery, Faughanvale. Family time please from 11.00pm to 10.00am. Family flowers only please. Maryann Doherty, 3 Westland Terrace, Derry
The death has taken place of Maryann Doherty, 27th November 2022, (peacefully) at home, 3 Westland Terrace, (formerly of Sugar House Lane and St. Columb’s Street), beloved daughter of the late Barney and Martha, dear and loving sister of Brigid, Hannah, Agnes and the late Hughie, Kathleen, John, Barney, Willie and Meta, a devoted aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Funeral leaving her home on Tuesday, 29th November at 10.20am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus Have Mercy On Her Soul. Queen Of The Most Holy Rosary Pray For Her.
Mary Alice Donaghy (née McLaughlin), 96 Priory Road, Dungiven
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Mary Alice Donaghy (née McLaughlin), (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital on 27th November 2022, late of 96 Priory Road, Dungiven, Co Derry, beloved wife of the late Tommy R.I.P and loving mother of Rory ( Shauna ) and Marion (Eugene). Devoted grandmother of Cathaoir, Oisín, Niamh and Tomás. Beloved daughter of the late Willie and Alice R.I.P and dear sister of Eileen, Kathleen Bernie and the late Gerard, Vincent and child Liam R.I.P. Wake and funeral arrangements later. The death has taken place of Leslie Pickering, 26th November 2022, peacefully at his home, 61 Newbridge Park, Coleraine and formerly of Derry, dearly beloved husband of the late Martha, father of Sylvia and Les, father-in-law of Billy and Eunice and a much loved grandfather and great-grandfather. Funeral Service in his home on Tuesday at 2.00pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. Family flowers only please. David Roulston, Blackburn Crescent, Derry
The death has taken place of David Roulston, 27th November 2022, (peacefully) at Cornfield Care Centre (late of Blackburn Crescent), beloved husband of the late Sandra, loving mother of Gary and a dear mother in law of Aimee. Funeral Service in Kilfennan Presbyterian Church at 1.00pm on Wednesday, 30th November, followed by burial in Altnagelvin Cemetery. The Lord is my Shepherd.
