Sarah Jane (Jean) Hunter, 35 Alexander Park, Upperlands
The death has taken place of Sarah Jane (Jean) Hunter, 4th February 2023, (peacefully) at Causeway Hospital, 35 Alexander Park, Upperlands, dearly beloved wife of the late Norman, much loved mother of Trevor and Robert, dear mother-in-law of Emily and Kazandra and loving grandmother of Caitlyn, Trevor and Aidan. Funeral from her home on Tuesday at 11.10am to Culnady Presbyterian Church for service at 12noon followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only please. John Henry (Dublin John) Macnicol, 2 Eventide Gardens Limavady
The dearh has occurred of John Henry (Dublin John) Macnicol, 4th February 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, late of 2 Eventide Gardens Limavady. A beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Deeply regretted by all the family circle. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at O’Brien’s of Limavady Funeral Home, 10 Ballyclose Street, Limavady on Monday from 3.00pm to 6.00pm and on Tuesday from 11.00am to 1.15pm followed by committal service to be held at 1.30pm in Enagh Cemetery Limavady. Margaret McCartney (née Sturgess), 30 Drummond Park, Culmore Road, Derry
The death has taken place of Margaret McCartney (née Sturgess), 4th February 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of the late Billy, loving mother of Marie, Anne, Greg, Paul, David and the late Billy, Martin, John, Mark and Conor, a devoted grandmother, great-grandmother ,great-great-grandmother and mother-in-law, dear daughter of the late Clyde and Annie, loving sister of Eileen and the late Olive, Patsy, Danny, Susie and Babs. Funeral leaving her home, 30 Drummond Park, Culmore Road, on Tuesday, 7th February at 11.20am to St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn for Requiem Mass at 12noon. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. House Private from 10.00pm to 11.00am. Sacred heart Of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for her.
Brian Patrick Monaghan (O.B.E.), Apt. 2, 49 Mountsandel Road, Coleraine
The death has taken place of Brian Patrick Monaghan (O.B.E.), 4th February 2023, (peacefully) at hospital, Apt. 2, 49 Mountsandel Road, Coleraine.
Dearly beloved husband of Betty, loving father of Barbara, Stephen and Simon, much loved grandfather of Anthony, Fiona, Aine, Lauren, Sean and Niamh and great-grandfather of Ciara and Rory. Removal from Wades Funeral Home on Tuesday evening at 5.45pm to St. Malachy’s Church, Coleraine (arriving approx. 6.00pm). Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 1.00pm (Mass will be broadcast live on the parish Youtube Page https://www.youtube.com/@StMalachysChapelColeraine/streams). Interment afterwards in Coleraine cemetery.
