Nicola Bradley (née O’Neill), 24 Kilrea Road, Swatragh
The death has occurred of the late Nicola Bradley (née O’Neill) (Swatragh), March 29 2025, beloved wife of Paddy and loving mother of Patrick (Cliodhna), Katie (Lloyd), Dominic (Danielle), Chloe, Aidan (Rachel) and Brendan, daughter of Kathleen O’Neill and sister of Melanie Doherty (David) and Kevin (Cailín), grandmother of Eabha and Cadhla. Funeral from her home, 24 Kilrea Road, on Tuesday, April 1 at 10.15am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of St John the Baptist Granaghan, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, sons, daughters, their partners, grandchildren, mother, brother, sister, nephews, nieces and extended family circle. Family time from 10.00pm to 11.00am.
Gerry Canning, 133 Galliagh Park, Derry
The death has taken place of the late Gerry Canning, March 29 2025, beloved husband of Mina, loving father of Gerard, Danielle, Aaron, Jason and the late Daniel Paul, father-in-law of Aileen, Darren, Debbie and Louise, a devoted grandfather and great-grandfather, son of the late Dan and Agnes and dear brother of Margaret and the late Fr. Junior, Sylvia, Ronnie and Patsy. His remains will be reposing in his home, 133 Galliagh Park. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Eugene’s Cathedral. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
Charles McFadden, Westway, Creggan, Derry
It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Charles McFadden, March 29 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital and formerly of Westway, Creggan, loving father of Melissa, Donna and Kellie, devoted grandfather of Myia, Grayson, Charlie, Abaigh, Amy and Fiadh and dear brother of the late Ronnie. His remains will be reposing in his daughter’s home, 38 Kylemore Park on Monday from 12noon – 9.00pm. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 9.30am for 10o‘clock Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Creggan. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
