The death has occurred of Desmond (Dessie) McClenaghan, 12th May 2023 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, , 10 Brennen Court, Magherafelt, dear husband of Mary, much loved and devoted father of Stephen, Billy, Paul and Adele, dearest father-in-law of Nichola, Stephanie and Angie, loving granda of Megan, Lucy, Nicole, Lindsey, Andrew, Jill, Gareth and Sammy-Lee, cherished great-grandfather of Ellie, Isla, Jack, Jude and Ellie-Mae and beloved brother of Gordon, Derek, Ronnie, Stella, Anne, Denise, Jacqueline and the late Bertie, Billy, Margaret and Isobel. House strictly private. Family and friends welcome in Garvin’s Funeral Home, 15 Ballyronan Road, Magherafelt, BT45 6BP on Sunday evening (May 14th) from 7.00pm – 8.30pm. Funeral from his home on Monday at 1.00pm for service in Calvary Free Presbyterian Church, Magherafelt at 1.45pm approx., followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, for Marie Curie Nursing payable to Garvin’s Funeral Service (Donation’s A/c..) Always loved and remembered by his family and the entire family circle.
Matthew Mailey, 18 St Columba’s Walk, Greysteel
The death has taken place of Matthew Mailey, 11th May 2023, (suddenly) at his home in Bury St. Edmunds, beloved son of James and Diana, 18 St Columba’s Walk, Greysteel, loving brother of Natasha, Laura, Nola, Christy-Owen and Columba and a much loved nephew and uncle. House private please. Funeral arrangements later. Donations in memory of Matthew can be made to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust, Unit 7, Whitegates Business Park, Newry BT35 6UA. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
William Stanley Nutt, 74 Ardground Road, Killaloo
The death has taken place of William Stanley Nutt, 11th May 2023, (peacefully) at his home, 74 Ardground Road, Killaloo (surrounded by his loving family in his 83rd year) dearly beloved husband of the late Edith, much loved father of Peter, Suzanne and Trevor, loving father-in-law of Wendy and Caroline, devoted grandfather of Curtis, Cameron, Morgan, Cheyenne, Darwyn, Joshua and Sophie. Funeral leaving his late home on Sunday, 14th May, at 1.30pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life in Cumber Presbyterian Church (Brackfield) at 2.00pm burial afterwards in Upper Cumber Cemetery.
