Michelle McClintock, 5 St John’s Park, Derry
The death has taken place of Michelle McClintock, 12th April 2023, (suddenly) at her home, Ashford, Kent, England. Formally of 5 St John’s Park, Derry. Beloved daughter of Adeline and the late Jim McClintock and sister of Louise, John, Shaunna and James. Dearest mother of Alexander. Funeral arrangements to follow later. Sacred Heart of Jesus have Mercy on her soul.
Georgina Elizabeth Rose (Georgie) Gibson (née Jack), 2 Derg Crescent, Waterside, Derry
The death has occurred of Georgina Elizabeth Rose (Georgie) Gibson (née Jack), 14th April 2023, (peacefully) at Cornfield Care Home, Limavady, dearly loved wife of John, loving mother of Violet, Jacqueline, Robert, Victoria, and the late Kenneth, adored grandmother and great-grandmother, dearest sister of Frances and the late Robbie, Helen and Tommy. Service of Thanksgiving in her late home, 2 Derg Crescent, Waterside, on Sunday, 16th April at 2.00pm followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery. Norman Robert Ross, 1 Killylagh Park, Swatragh
Norman Robert Ross (Swatragh), 13th April 2023, (peacefully) at Causeway Hospital, beloved husband of Annie; dear father of Gerard, Clare, Margaret Anne, Lucy, Veronica, Vincent, Norman James; a much loved grandfather and dear brother of Gerry, Margaret and the late James. House strictly private please. Funeral from his late residence, 1 Killylagh Park, on Sunday at 1:30pm for 2pm Requiem Mass in the Church of St. John The Baptist, Granaghan. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. (Mass will be broadcast live on the parish webcam https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-john-baptist-swatragh) Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Margaret Kathleen Scott (née Williamson), Coleraine
Margaret Kathleen Scott (née Williamson), 13th April 2023, very dearly beloved wife of the late Robert, late of Derry, devoted and loving mother of Gillian, Garth, Jonathan and mother-in-Law of Áine. Service of thanksgiving in New Row Presbyterian Church on Sunday at 2.00pm followed by interment in Portstewart Cemetery. Family flowers only please. William (Bill) Slater, 30 Culmore Point, Culmore
The death has occurred of William (Bill) Slater, 13th April 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital (surrounded by his loving family in his 86th year formerly of Lenamore, Muff, Co. Donegal) much loved husband of the late Eileen, devoted dad of Beverley, David, Rhonda, Derek, Colin and Jill, loving father-in-law, an adored grandfather and great-grandfather, dearest brother of Frank. Funeral leaving his late home, 30 Culmore Point, Culmore on Monday, 17th April at 1.30pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life in Muff Parish Church at 2.00pm Private Cremation will take place in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan on Tuesday. Very deeply regretted and will be lovingly remembered by his entire family circle.
Victor Young, Mullagh House, Limavady
The death has taken place of Victor Young, passed away on 12th April 2023 at Mullagh House, Limavady. Dear brother of Samuel and Mervyn. Funeral service will be held in Browns Funeral Home on Saturday at 11.00am followed by burial in Tamlaghtfinlagan Parish Church burial ground.
