The following deaths have occurred:-
Vera Bradley, 1 Drumeen Drive, Garvagh
The death has occurred of Vera Bradley, 17th February 2023, (peacefully) at Cornfield Care Centre, Vera, formerly of 1 Drumeen Drive, Garvagh, wife of the late George, loving mother of Pamela, Raymond, Valerie and Trevor, mother in law of Bridget, Alice and the late Billy, much loved grandmother and great grandmother, dear sister of Joan, Jackie and the late Rosamund. Friends and family will be welcome at 19 Drumeen Drive, Garvagh. Family service on Sunday, 19th February at 1.00pm at 19 Drumeen Drive, Garvagh followed by service of thanksgiving for her life at 2.00pm in St Guaire’s Parish Church, Aghadowey followed by interment in the adjoining graveyard. Maureen Campbell (née O'Donnell), 56 Prehen Park, Derry
The death has occurred of Maureen Campbell (née O'Donnell), 16th February 2023, at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of the late James, loving mother of Rosemary, Angela and Joseph, loving grandmother of Jacques, Conrad, Myles and Anna and dear sister of the late Bridgeen. Maureen’s remains will be reposing in her home 56 Prehen Park, Waterside from Friday at 6.00pm and will be removed from there on Sunday at 5.00pm to St. Columb’s Church, Waterside for Requiem Mass on Monday at 10o’clock. Interment afterwards in Altnagelvin Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Edward (Ed) Kelly, 9 Tamnareagh Park, Tamnaherin
The death has taken place of Edward (Ed) Kelly, 16th February 2023, beloved husband of Jean, devoted father of Anna, Sean and Aidan, much loved son of John & Rosemary and dear brother of Catherine, Stephen and Peter and son-in-law of Peter and Pauline Doherty. Ed's remains will be reposing in his home, 9 Tamnareagh Park. Funeral from there on Monday at 12.40pm for 1,00pm Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church Tamnaherin. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time from 10.00pm to 12noon please. Family flowers only please. Maureen O’Hara (née Kirkpatrick), 21 Culmore Gardens, Coleraine
The death has taken place of Maureen O’Hara (née Kirkpatrick), 17th February 2023, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, 21 Culmore Gardens, Coleraine, dearly loved wife of Ted, loving mother of Paul, mother-in-law of Karen and a much loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Funeral from her home on Monday at 11.00am for Requiem Mass in St. Malachy’s Church at 11.30am followed by interment in St. John’s Cemetery. House private. Family flowers only please. Matilda (Tillie) Warke (née Dougherty), 37 Enagh Crescent, Maydown, Derry
The death has taken place of Matilda (Tillie) Warke (née Dougherty), 16th February 2023, (peacefully) at home (in the tender loving care of her family) much moved wife of the late William (Gilbert), devoted mum of Jennifer, George, Ronnie, Greg and the late Trevor, loving mother-in-law of Stanley, Diane and Elaine, an adored granny and great-granny. Funeral leaving her late home, 37 Enagh Crescent, Maydown on Sunday, 19th February at 1.00pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for her life in Ebrington Presbyterian Church at 1.30pm, burial afterwards in Ballyoan Cemetery. David (Davey) Wilton, Killowen House, Coleraine
The death has taken place of David (Davey) Wilton, 16th February 2023, (suddenly) at his home, Killowen House, Coleraine, (formerly of Killowen Street, Coleraine), dearly beloved husband of the late Doreen and dear brother of the late Molly. Service in Killowen Parish Church on Sunday at 1.30pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
