The following deaths have occurred:-
Mary (Mamie) Gallagher (née Herron), 4c Lisfannon Park, Derry (Updated Arrangements)
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Mary (Mamie) Gallagher (née Herron), (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital on 19th June 2023, late of 4c Lisfannon Park. Beloved wife of the late Daniel. Devoted mother of Michelle and Joseph. Loving granny of Brooke, Bronagh and Dani-Louise. A much loved mother-in-law of Rachael and Jimmy. Dearest sister of the late Bridie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her nieces, nephews, wider family circle and friends. Mamie’s remains will be reposing at her daughter Michelle's residence, 180 Clondara. Funeral leaving from there on Monday, 26th June at 9.15am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Gillian Eileen Glass, 9 Woodburn Park, Derry
The death has taken place of Gillian Eileen Glass, 22nd June 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital. Beloved wife of Alan, a dear Sister-in-law and Aunt. Funeral leaving her late home, 9 Woodburn Park on Monday, 26th June at 11.30am for 12noon service in Rossdowney Meeting Room followed by burial in Altnagelvin Cemetery. Valerie Greig Houston, 17 Tyler Road, Limavady
The death has taken place of Valerie Greig Houston, (peacefully) passed away at her late home, 17 Tyler Road, Limavady. Surrounded by her loving family. Much loved wife of the late Campbell, loving Mother of Nichola and the late Melanie, dear Mother in law of David, and devoted grandmother of Heather and Jenny, Great Grandmother of Willow. Funeral service will be held in Drumachose Presbyterian Church on Monday at .00followed by burial in Enagh Cemetery. (Friends and family welcome to call at her late home up until 5.00pm on Sunday). The death has occurred of Robert (Roy) McCartney, 22nd June 2023, (peacefully) at Causeway Hospital, late of 19 Knockaduff Road, Aghadowey. Dearly loved husband of the late Mary (Maisie), much loved father of Angela, father-in-law of Charles, devoted granda of Steven and wife Gemma and the late Scott and a dear great-granda of Isaac.
