The death has occurred of Sharon Rosemary Bigger, 30th December 2022, (suddenly) at her home, 159 Leckagh Drive, Magherafelt, dearly loved partner of Ian, much loved mummy of Dean, Terri and her partner Sam, Ben and his partner Sarah and Billie-Mae and her partner Dawson, proud granny of Lucas, beloved daughter of the late Maurice and Jean and a dear sister and aunt. The death has taken place of Kathleen Boylan, 30th December 2022, (peacefully) at Leabank Private Nursing Home, Ballycastle, surrounded by her loving family), late of 14 Castlerock Road, Coleraine, loving wife of the late Samuel, devoted mother of Mary, Eamon, Hilary, Oonagh, Terence and Sheena, a much loved mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral from her late residence on Sunday, 1st January at 12.30pm for Requiem Mass in St. Johns Church at 1.00pm following by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Mary Bradshaw, 9A Drumleck Drive, Shantallow, Derry
The death has taken place of Mary Bradshaw, 25th December 2022, beloved daughter of the late Kevin and Catherine, loving sister of Anne, Martin, Kevin, James and David and a much loved aunt. Funeral from her home, 9A Drumleck Drive, Shantallow, on Sunday, 1st January 2023 at 10.30am for 11o’clock funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Joanna (Anna) Curley (née Collins), Knockwellan Park, Derry
The death has occurred of Joanna (Anna) Curley (née Collins), 29th December 2022, (peacefully) at Owenmor Care Home, beloved wife of the late John, formerly of Knockwellan Park, loving mother of Dermot, Kevin and the late Sean, much loved grandmother of Erin, Diarmuid, Niall, Eoghan, Jordon and Molly and great-grandmother of Adam, Jack, Dylan, Darragh and Saoirse. Adeline (Addie) Downs (née Miller), 71 Bann Drive, Derry
The death has taken place of Adeline (Addie) Downs (née Miller), 28th December 2022, in her 102nd year, beloved wife of the late John, 71 Bann Drive, loving mother of Sandra, Trevor, Kenneth and the late Malcolm and a much loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Adeline’s wake will take place in her home. Funeral service there on Saturday at 1.00pm followed by interment afterwards in Altnagelvin Cemetery. The death has occurred of John Leslie Gamble, 29th December 2022, (peacefully) at Ardlough Care Home (surrounded by his loving family, formerly 33 Iona Terrance, Waterside, and late of Transallagh, St Johnston, Co Donegal) much loved husband of Kathleen, loving brother of Doreen, Thomas, Annette, Bertha, Wesley, Rebecca, Ronnie, and the late Martha, Robert and Violet, dearest brother-in-law of David. Funeral leaving D & R Hay & Sons Funeral Home, 24A, Church Road, Altnagelvin, Derry BT47 3QQ on Monday 2nd January at 11.45am followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life in Waterside Presbyterian Church at 12.00noon burial afterwards in Altnagelvin Cemetery. Loving mummy of Josh, Jack and Sophia, much loved sister of Kelly, Michael, Joseph, Stephen, Thomas and Andrew, Devoted Aunt and lifelong friend of Jessie. Brendan Kelly, 96 Carnanbane Road (Magheramore), Dungiven

Eddie Kerr, 58 Iniscarn Road, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Eddie Kerr, (peacefully) at the Waterside Hospital, surrounded by all of his loving family on 29th December 2022, late of 58 Iniscarn Road. Beloved husband of Fidelis, devoted father of Eddie, Arlene, Sylvia and Rory. Dearest father-in-law of Patricia, Terry, Pat and the late Peter. Loving grandfather and great-grandfather to all of his grandchildren. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours both at home and in England and Donegal. The death has occurred of Samuel Marshall Laird, 28th December 2022, (suddenly) at his home, 27 Curlew Way, Clooney, much loved husband of the late June, loving dad of Samuel, Marshall, Jim and Victor, dear father-in-law of Marie, Wendy and Sharon, adored granda of Natalie, Lauren, Dylan, Hayden, Sophie, Joanne, great-granda of Rian, dearest brother of Stanley and Helen. Funeral leaving his late home on Sunday, 1st January at 1.00pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life in Ebrington Presbyterian Church at 1.30pm burial afterwards in Ballyoan Cemetery. The death has occurred of Eileen Frances Morrison (née O’Doherty), 30th December 2022, (peacefully) at Culmore Manor, (formerly of Rathmullan), beloved wife of the late Nial, loving mother of Aideen, Kevin, Niall and Hilary, sadly missed by her grandchildren, daughter-in-law Leanne, son-in-law Eddie, dear sister of the late Dominic, Manus, Neil, Mary, Norah, Kathleen and Fr. Kevin. Reposing at her home, 24 Culmore Road from 1.00pm on Saturday, 31st December. Funeral leaving her home on Sunday at 11.20am to St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn for Funeral Mass at 12noon.
